At https://siriusmoto.com/, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your Siriusxm car kit or car recivers, we offer a simple and transparent return process to make it right.
β 1. Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
All original components, manuals, and accessories are included
The product has not been modified or physically damaged
Note: Products returned in non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected.
π 2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
Email contact@siriusmoto.com with your order number and reason for the return
Our support team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided using a trackable carrier
Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
π³ 3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Need to swap your product for a different model or kit? Weβre happy to help. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a fast and easy exchange.

The following items are not eligible for return:
Installed or used products
Opened antennas or software packages
Custom orders or modified products
Items marked as Final Sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defective product
We recommend using trackable and insured shipping to protect your return
SIRIUSMOTO is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit
π 7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund after 7 business days:
Check your bank or credit card account
Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)
