At https://siriusmoto.com/, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your Siriusxm car kit or car recivers, we offer a simple and transparent return process to make it right.

βœ… 1. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All original components, manuals, and accessories are included

  • The product has not been modified or physically damaged

Note: Products returned in non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected.

To start a return:

  1. Email contact@siriusmoto.com with your order number and reason for the return

  2. Our support team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided using a trackable carrier

Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
